51a Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 51a platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the 51a platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 51a as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The 51a platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 51a reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 51a platform. Creating more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, or email address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 51a will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access to us.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

Platform Usage Rules

Users of the 51a platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to manipulate games or the betting process.
Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use your account.
Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes.
Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activities.
Abusing bonus or promotion programmes in a manner that goes against the original intent of those programmes.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of related balances and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the 51a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source and belong to you. 51a reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity or source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.

Accepted deposit methods include local bank transfers, approved Malaysian e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform at the relevant time. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change.

Winnings obtained through bonus use are subject to the wagering requirements specified for each promotion. Withdrawals can only be processed once the wagering requirements have been fully met. Failure to comply may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

51a is not liable for any losses resulting from processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators, or from incorrect information provided by users when submitting transaction requests.

Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy

Liability

The 51a platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 51a is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including device damage, data loss, or financial losses resulting from technical disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 51a platform — including design, logos, graphics, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of 51a and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

51a reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity. In such cases, any funds in the account may be held pending investigation, and 51a reserves the right to refuse withdrawal requests until the matter is resolved.

Third-Party Links

The 51a platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 51a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

51a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism, and where necessary, under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
